I agree, it sounds like mites (or lice). Although, it could also be allergies. Here's a website with a lot of helpful information.

It sounds like she has some sort of skin infection, you may want to take her to the vet
Mites - symptoms include thinning of the hair, bald spots and self inflicted skin lesions. The mouse should be taken to the veterinarian for a diagnosis of the specific type of mite and proper treatment.

Barbering - In a group of mice, the dominant mouse mouse may chew off the hair and whiskers around the nose and eyes of the other mice in the group. Remove the dominant mouse, it will be the only one with hair on its face. The hair and whiskers of the other mice will grow back in time.

Tumors - May be present as large bumps or swellings anywhere on the body. They should be examined upon discovery by a veterinarian. Do not wait until they grow too large!

Diarrhea - Can be sign of illness or internal parasite infection. The mouse, along with a fresh fecal sample should be taken to the veterinarian for examination and determination of cause.

Respiratory Infection - A common affliction of pet mice. Signs include sneezing, coughing, wheezing and nasal discharge. The mouse will need to be presented to a veterinarian for treatment.

-sounds like mites
it souds like mites to me. you'll have to take her to the vet to get some meds for it.
Its probably from all that inbreeding. I wont buy a mouse anymore. The last 2 I had grew giant tumors, the same thing happened to my friends mice. Taking it to the vet is a joke, they don't care about a $4 mouse. They'll just want to put it to sleep!!
Do you keep the cage clean? Do you wash your hands before and after you touch her? Clean food/water? Have you changed her food or cedar?
she's got mites and this could be fatel if you dont take it to the vets now! it doesnt take much for a mouse
