I'd suggest carrots and oranges. Oranges keep their coat healthy and shiny, if you're going to show him. I wouldn't advise lettuce because it can sometimes cause diahrea. Keep water to him at all times. Carrots also keep their teeth down. I don't feed my rabbits anything other than those. Alfalfa is a good hay to give, it keeps them meaty and strong. Timothy helps also.

It is critical to give Timothy Hay to a rabbit. They will eat it and bed down with it. Even if you give your rabbit pellet food, it is crucial
Endive is a good leafy lettuce for them to eat as well.
Check the House Rabbit Society website or the Gainesville Rabbit Rescue website for more suggestions.
Here's a list of suitable veggies:

Basicallly, avoid soft fruits like strawberries and grapes, and carrot tops and iceberg lettuce. NOT oranges! No soft fruit!
75% of a rabbit's diet should be hay.
Chalice
Carrots (w/tops) in moderation, apple, raisins, broccoli, dark leafy greens, romaine or leaf lettuce in small amounts (NO ICEBERG), basil, wheat grass, white clover, pumpkin, pineapple (in small amounts, prevents hairballs), banana, peach, cherries, pear, dates.
I personally would not give a bunny alfalfa; it can cause stomach bloat if they eat too much. Timothy hay is much safer.
