Do NOT get an exercise wheel. Their back doesn't curve quite the same way that most rodents backs curve.
Really, the best thing to do is to create a playpen of sorts, big enough to run around. Put in a few places to hide, as she'll be nervous at first, but after a couple of weeks, you'll see her running full-tilt laps, especially if you put her in the playpen when she's most active (usually in the morning or the early evening).
Get her a wheel. They love their wheels.
let her run arround the house, my guinea elija loves to run arround the house he thinks he owns it cause he looks up at us like why are you in my house it's so cute and they love carrots and yougart drops. i hide his treats in the house where he can find them easily so he has to move arround to find them. good luck
well in the summer, if you have an enclosed yard, let her run around out there! thats what we did and they will eat the grass, but sometimes if you play with her out there she may start running around! otherwise let her run around in your house, or get her a wheel!
www.cavy.com is a great website for guinea pigs. my guinea pig dharma, has a pen that you would normally use for puppies the size of german sheppard. i take the cage apart so it's just the bottom half and she uses it like a litter box.
